The office returned my call immediately and scheduled Jonathan for the site visit. And since I’m only available saturdays, Duralco is able to schedule and send him right away, send quote, and take actual measurements. Jonathan is giving valuable feedback on what is best for our sliding door and other requirements. He responds to email quickly as well. Then Hazel texted me for the installation of blinds, I was impressed they can do it ahead of time and does not need to wait for the sliding doors. The crew were presentable, wearing proper uniforms and careful in installing the blinds. They use plastic when touching the rollers to prevent dirt from sticking even if my rollers are gray and brown 🙂
I am satisfied with the service. Duralco is a bit pricey but I dont mind if they are this professional and efficient.
